We are really proud at Irk Valley because in May 2018 our school achieved the silver award for being a rights respecting school. We take children’s rights seriously at this school.

From our Silver accreditation report, it states:

‘Children speak about the many opportunities to express their opinions. [One child said,] ‘When we want to try and change things, adults listen and do something about it.’  There are many opportunities to be involved in decision making in school…’
