All about your teacher.

I'm Mrs Sharp and I am delighted I have the opportunity to teach your child this year. I really enjoy teaching year 4 and I know that your children are going to be a fabulous 4S class.

Here's a little more you may or may not know about me...

I have been a teacher at Irk Valley for 12 years and have worked in Years 4, 5 and 6 during that time. I have loved every minute of my time here - it really is the best school in the world! When I'm not teaching, I enjoy baking for my family and colleagues, walking my dog in lots of different parks and spending time with my children. 

This year is going to be an excellent year. We will be learning lots of new things, revising things we learned in Year 2 and 3 as well as going swimming. My main aim as 4S's teacher is to ensure your child is safe, happy and making excellent progress at school.

Our Assistant Teachers

In 4S we are very lucky as we have seversal extra adults tp support our learning. Mrs Nosheen and Mrs Muhammed who are our class assistant teachers and we also have Mrs Majid and Miss Liga are 1:1 assistant teachers too. They are all fabulous in year 4 and we love them!

All about Mrs Nosheen

My name is Mrs Nosheen and I have been an assistant teacher at Irk Valley School for 13 years. I started as an assistant teacher in reception but I have worked in year 4 and 5 too. Being an assistant teacher is something I am proud of because it gives me the chance to be part of a group that is shaping the future of our country. 

At home, I have a husband and 2 children who I enjoy cooking with. I also love old Indian and Pakistani music. I am a qualified beauty therapist and have worked in Selfridges and House of Fraser for 6 years. I really love doing makeup.

All about Miss Liga

My names is Miss Liga and Ihave nearly 5 years of experience working as an Assistant Teacher, including volunteer work and almost 3 years at Irk Valley School. I have supported pupils across Early Years, KS1, KS2, and I’m passionate about helping children learn, grow, and achieve their full potential in a safe and positive environment.
In my spare time, I enjoy crochet, knitting, and crafts. I also love staying active by playing football and outdoor games with my husband and our three wonderful children. I’m delighted to be working with 4S and look forward to supporting their learning journey!
