Remote Learning

Your child may have to do their learning at home for one of two reasons:

  • they have been in contact with someone who has tested positive and they have been told to self-isolate.
  • their whole class (or bubble) has closed.

It depends on whether the child is self-isolating or their whole bubble has closed as to what home learning will look like for them until they are back at school.

To find out what to do when your child is learning at home, please click on the icon below that is relevant to your child's current isolation circumstances.

At the moment, school is closed for most children as part of the national lockdown. Therefore, most children will be learning remotely. Please click "Whole Bubble Closure" to find out what remote learning is provided.

When children are learning at home using devices, it is really important that they are protected from harm. This government document gives some advice about how parents can support safety when children are learning remotely.
