All about your Teachers.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Mr Armbrister and I teach Year 5.  I have been at Irk Valley for 5 years now and am loving every minute of teaching these wonderful children. 

I've been teaching for 12 years and during my time I have worked in many schools across the Greater Manchester area,  but none as fabulous as Irk Valley.  We pride ourselves on teaching to an excellent standard whilst ensuring that learning is both well thought out and engaging.

To the delight of some of you, maybe not others, I have been a Manchester United season ticket holder for 7 years and have enjoyed the majority of it.  I play golf regularly and have recently started to take a much greater care towards my health and fitness. I have a little baby boy called Harrison who is the love of my life and keeps me very, very busy!

I am very fortunate to be teaching a wonderful group of children and look forward to building their confidence before they embark on Year 6.

Mrs Nosheen is our lovely Assistant Teacher in 5A this year, so please say "Hi" if you see her!
