Academic Year 24/25, Year 5A have PE every Monday and Wednesday.

Year 5T have PE every Wednesday and Thursday.

PE at Irk Valley has been carefully planned to ensure the children cover a range of skills within the curriculum.  All children are expected to participate and are fully-inclusive.

This year, to fully participate in lessons, all children must wear a full P.E kit consisting of:

Plain white t-shirt

Black shorts, tracksuit bottoms or leggings

Sensible footwear- black pumps or black trainers

If a headscarf/religious headwear is worn, please ensure it is tight-fitting and tucked into t-shirt for Health and Safety purposes

All sessions are outdoor and can take place even in the rain. A jumper is recommended. 

* For Health and Safety reasons hooded jackets and jewellery including stud earrings are not permitted. *
