What Are the Pick -Up and Drop-Off Procedures?

Drop Off and Collection Routines

For the time being, we are continuing with the routines from last year. These will change during September.

If it is possible, please walk with your child to school as there will be no car parking available at school. If you need to use the car, please park with consideration for our neighbours and ensure you are not blocking pavements and footpaths.

When dropping off or collecting your child from school, please wait at the gates and follow the one-way system and stand on the footprints on the floor in order to prevent over-crowding.  Please be patient with us and each other as everything will take a little bit longer than usual.

It is very important for your child to get to school and be picked up from school on time as we have staggered times in order to prevent overcrowding.

The children in Years 2-6 will be able to walk straight into school themselves when they are dropped off.

For the first 2 weeks, Year 1 children will start at 9:15am so parents can walk their children onto the playground and drop the children off at the classroom doors.

In Reception, the parents can go to the classroom doors via the bridge entrance.

Nursery parents have been give individual information about start and end times for the first few weeks.
