Science Day

Science Day was packed with lots of fun where the children learned so much. They were all dressed up as scientists. We started the day off by watching the Scientist Harry who taught us lots of fun  things about science. Then we made  Oblyx which was very messy but lots of fun. At first we have mixed cornflour and water and observed how it changed its properties from a liquid to solid.

Later we investigated how static energy is generated by rubbing balloons on various surfaces. To finish of Science Day we had  a workshop delivered by a scientist Harry who showed us 'dancing fire'. The kids really enjoyed this and were fascinated. Everyone loved this day and will remember this for a long time.
