Photo Of Our Learning

Multicultural Day

Today was Multicultural Day. Some of the children dressed up in their traditional dress and all looked amazing! We learned all about some thing which make us different, that we all have different cultures and that there are some things that make us the same. We even did a class catwalk, the children loved it!

Autumn 2 - Fairy Tales

This term we have looked at Fairy Tales. We read three books and the children loved it! This has been a fantastic way for the children to really immerse themselves in stories and the world of imagination.

We read

The Gingerbread Man, The Three Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood. We did lots of activities based on these books and our topic. We acted out stories, talked about them and even made gingerbread men!

Autumn 1

Marvellous Me

During Autumn 1 our topic was 'Marvellous Me'. The children learned all about themselves, their friends and their families. They loved getting to know themselves, to talk about themselves and get to know all of their new friends in Nursery! This was a great way for them to create new friendships and learn about each other. We did some fantastic activities and had a lot of fun creating and getting messy!
