As you know, you as parents have a vital role to play in your child's education and in the life of the school. For safety reasons, we have to restrict the number of parents entering the school site at the moment. However, we are still determined to find ways to communicate effectively with you.
If you would like to speak to a member of school staff, please ring the school office to make an appointment with them. We may be able to arrange an in-person meeting at school with social distancing measures in place. If that is not suitable, we will be able to arrange a telephone meeting.
Please do not come into school without an appointment, as we must make sure there are safe spaces available to meet and we would not like to disappoint you. We must limit the number of people in the main reception area to 2 at a time, so it is always best to call first. You will notice a stop sign and a queuing system outside the main reception area.
We also recognise that there are likely to be lots of questions at the start of term, so please phone (0161 413 8707) or email (admin@irkvalley.manchester.sch.uk) with these and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
