Peace Day 2018. We remembered all those lives lost during the 22nd May 2017 and celebrated why it is important to live in a diverse society. We tied commemorative ribbons on our school fences along with our parents. We also played the diversity factor and discussed why it is important that we are all different yet we all come together as one! #Manchestertogether

During this half term we will be exploring the Stone Age in both English and Topic. We will be learning how people in the Stone Age lived compared to how we live today. In English we are reading Stone Age boy. It is about a boy who travels back in time and befriends a Cave girl called Om. She takes him on an adventure to meet her family and explore the caves. We will be going back in time and putting ourselves in the role of a Cave person. We will write our own narrative about our adventures in the Stone Age.
Some of our children went back in time to the stone age !
