Homework

Homework

Homework will be given out on Friday.

The children will receive:

  • Maths
  • English
  • Spellings (these are tested weekly)
  • Reading books

Homework must be completed and returned to school by the following Wednesday. The children will then mark their own work, as a whole class with their teacher. Marking their own homework allows the children the chance to reflect and learn from any mistakes or work that they found difficult.

Spellings

Spellings are given out each week alongside homework.

You should practise these each night to make sure that you learn them.

Spellings are tested weekly in class.
