Volcano Eruption 14.12.2018
Year 3 made volcanoes for their project homework for this term.
Take a look at how amazingly the volcanoes erupted by using, water, baking soda, red dye and vinegar.
With all these ingredients we created an exciting explosion!!
Year 3J produced a piece of text based on Volcanoes, which they read to Year 4 so that they could receive valuable feedback.
The feedback they received was to improve on their Spellings, Punctuation and Neat Handwriting.
Take a look below at Year 3 reading to Year 4.

Road Safety Day 26.11.18
Road crashes are a major cause of death and injury amongst the young, with the risk rising as children reach secondary school and gain more independence.
Danger from traffic is also a big factor in whether children and young people are able to walk and cycle to school, to the park or to see friends, and therefore their ability to be healthy and socially active.
Take a look at how we are learning to keep ourselves safe at Irk Valley.
